Enrique Noe Sebastian

Dr. Enrique Noe Sebastian is a graduate in medicine and surgery from the University of Navarre School of Medicine (1987-1993). Dr. Noe is a medical specialist with a degree in Neurology from the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery, University Clinic of Navarra (1994-1998). He served as a Research Fellow at the Gertrude H Sergievsky Center, Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, New York (1999-2000). He currently serves as the Research Director of the Brain Injury Service of Vithas Hospitals in Valencia, Spain.

Dr. Sebastian also currently serves as the Secretary of the International Brain Injury Association.
