Poster Abstract Presenter Information

DEFINITION
Poster Abstract Presenters will be presenters at the in-person meeting being held March 19-22, 2025. Presenters must complete the assigned tasks noted below. Presenters should be prepared to attend the in-person Poster Session at the Congress during their respective time/date.

SPEAKER TASKS 
Please login (if necessary) and complete the following tasks

  • The presenting author must be registered and paid for the Congress by Friday, February 21, 2025, to ensure that the abstract is included in the final program and in the Brain Injury journal.
    • If you will need a letter from IBIA to help with getting a VISA to travel, please check that option during your registration.
  • Update of your profile (during registration)
  • Picture upload (during registration)
  • Biography submission (during registration)
  • Hotel rooms should be booked by 2/19/25 by clicking here.

POSTER SESSION LOCATION & TIMING

Location: All Poster Sessions will take place during the “Coffee Break with Posters and Exhibits” in Room 517BCD of the Palais des Congres on the Level 5.

Timing: Please visit the interactive program to determine your respective poster session. 

POSTER SESSIONS

  • Session I – Thursday, March 20, 2025, 9:30 – 10:30am
  • Session II – Thursday, March 20, 2025, 2:30 – 3:30pm
  • Session III – Friday, March 21, 2025, 9:30 – 10:30am
  • Session IV – Friday, March 21, 2025, 2:30 – 3:30pm

POSTER DIMENSIONS

Each presenter has been assigned a presentation session and received email communication. If you do not know your poster presentation session, please contact us.

The maximum size for posters:

  • 109 cm width x 109 cm height
  • 43 in width x 43 in height

POSTER SET UP/BREAK DOWN

Presenters are responsible for setting up their posters prior to each session at the designated times listed below. Push pins and/or Velcro will be provided for each poster and poster abstract numbers will be posted to help designate poster display locations. Presenters will remove their posters at the end of the session. If a presenter does not remove their poster, IBIA reserves the right to dispose of a poster.

SET UP/BREAKDOWN TIMES

  • Session I – Thursday, March 20, 2025, 9:30 – 10:30am
    • Presenters may set up their posters on Thursday from 7:15 – 9:30am.
    • All Session I posters must be removed by 12:00pm on Thursday.
  • Session II – Thursday, March 20, 2025, 2:30 – 3:30pm
    • Presenters may set up their posters on Thursday from 12:00 – 2:30pm.
    • All Session II posters must be removed by 3:30pm on Thursday.
  • Session III – Friday, March 21, 2025, 9:30 – 10:30am
    • Presenters may set up their posters on Friday from 7:15 – 9:30am.
    • All Session III posters must be removed by 12:00pm on Friday.
  • Session IV – Friday, March 21, 2025, 2:30 – 3:30pm
    • Presenters may set up their posters on Friday from 12:00 – 2:30pm.
    • All Session IV posters must be removed by 3:30pm on Friday.
